The Masterminds
"Coordination of knowledge and effort, in a
spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a
definite purpose." - Napolean Hill, Think and Grow Rich
Hill's concept of the "Master Mind" was inspired by Andrew Carnegie.
Carnegie who was a wealthy steel magnate, surrounded himself with about
50 people with the defined purpose of manufacturing and selling steel.
He attributed his entire wealth to the power he accumulated through this
"master mind".
The popularity of mastermind groups is growing as people just like you
are finding the success they want by coming together to share their
ideas and encouragement.
For the purpose of MAKE THE VOW, our Masterminds ( a group of 4 or 5)
are simply coming together to dedicate themselves to the other members
of their group to help achieve personal goals. Your team can help you
with brainstorming, creating new ideas, holding you accountable, and
encouraging a healthy positive mental attitude.
The Alcoholics Anonymous meeting for instance are a form of a mastermind
group, where the members come together to support each other in their
sobriety.
Though you don't necessarily need to meet with your entire team in
person in a formal setting every week, you may chat with each
individually on the phone, skype, or email to discuss your needs. This
support is invaluable to help you fulfill your goals. You encourage each
other to stick to your Vows. Consider this your own personal board of
directors.
Choosing people who have taken the Make The Vow Workshop will help you
since they have gone through the same curriculum and understand the
principles in Deliberate Creation. Your group will be unconditionally to
support you. They will be invaluable as their not their to block your
progress because of their own insecurities.

"Choose to be in close proximity to people who are
empowering, who appeal to your sense of connection to intention, who see
the greatness in you, who feel connected to God, who live a life that
gives evidence that Spirit has found celebration through them."
Wayne Dyer
One of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself or anyone else in your life is inspiration.
It is the Inspiration to get in touch with your dreams. It is the Motivation to excavate your deepest passions within. It is the Vision to make a difference in the world - a transformation that only you can make.
MAKE THE VOW is not about individual success; but rather about meaningful significance. It's not another quick scheme about making a living but rather about consciously creating a LIFE you want. It's not about fame or acclaim. It living the Gandhi quote, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.” It's about your contribution and service. Instead of asking," What can I get from life?", witness what happens when you pose the question, " What can I give?"
